Stay in one of the newly renovated monastic cells and experience the unique atmosphere of the Broumov Monastery. We offer accommodation for up to 82 people in 25 newly renovated monastic cells for very fair prices.

We offer historical and modern conference rooms with the latest conference equipment, incredible flexibility to suit your needs and professional catering facilities directly on site in either the monastery or the monastery garden.
Restaurant U Tří růží
Do you like eating tasty meals in a pleasant environment? In the heart of Broumov Monastery you will find restaurant U Tří růží which dates back to the 17
th century.
Our menu specialises in regional and monastic cuisine and uses fresh ingredients, mainly from local fields, gardens, forests and ponds.
We do not use pre-cooked or pre-baked food; instead we cook, roast and bake everything ourselves – you will remember not only our fresh bread, but also our dumplings, sausages, spreads and pates for a long time!
The maximum capacity of the restaurant is 56 seats, as well as a separate hall with 72 seats and a summer garden with 40 seats.

Located in the unique setting of the former monastic grammar school, Café Dientzenhofer is a popular place for locals and visitors alike.
Our daily offer includes freshly made sandwiches, toasts, cakes and very special coffee, roasted just for us in a family-run roastery Kafírna in Trutnov.
In addition to coffee, we also offer a wide selection of tea, wine from the Benedictine cellars and much more.
Opening times: every day from 9am to 8pm
